    Abstract
    Cigarettes are rolls of tobacco wrapped in leaves or corn husks, cigarettes are addictive substances because they can cause addiction or addiction and dependence for those who smoke them. One cigarette contains more than 4000 types of chemicals harmful to the body, some of which have toxic effects and cause cancer. Smoking is a habit for some people, especially men, even though smoking can be detrimental to health, and a source of disease. One of them is coronary heart disease and lung cancer which are one of the causes of annual smoking. In 2019, the highest number of Indonesian teenagers who smoke in ASEAN, this makes the basis for the importance of education on the dangers of smoking. The dangers of smoking have actually long been conveyed to the public through public service advertisements. Based on research, 51.10% of Indonesians are active smokers and this figure is the highest in ASEAN even during the pandemic does not reduce the number of smokers today. The importance of awareness of the dangers of smoking to the heart and lungs needs to be given through educational media that is interactive and easy to understand by the public. One way to provide education is by utilizing multimedia using augmented reality technology. Augmented reality is a technology that can project an object into the real world in real time. This study implemented augmented reality using markerless that can display 3D objects of human organs such as the lungs and heart affected by smoking. The results of the application test on 50 respondents stated that 87.50% of respondents gave a positive response
