This study analyzes the effect of implementing good governance
(accountability, transparency, effectiveness and efficiency and equity) on the
achievement of school operational assistance funds. Multiple linear regression
analysis was used in this study to determine the effect of the independent variables
used including accountability, transparency, effectiveness and efficiency and equity
on the dependent variable, namely the achievement of school operational
assistance funds. This type of research is associative/quantitative, with the
population and sample used representing all 138 administrators of BOS funds
(school principals, school treasurers, teachers or employees) in Tapian Dolok
District, Simalungun Regency. The type of data is primary data that is sourced from
the results of the questionnaire. Data analysis technique using multiple linear
regression analysis. The results of the questionnaire show that the implementation
of good governance (accountability, transparency, effectiveness and efficiency, and
equality) has a positive and significant effect on the achievement of BOS funds in
Tapian Dolok District, Simalungun Regency, where Fcount is 69,728 while Ftable
is 2.46 so that simultaneously the implementation of Good Governance is together
significantly affect the achievement of BOS Funds. So that partially the
effectiveness and efficiency of Tcount is 1.410, meaning that effectiveness and
efficiency partially have no effect on achieving BOS funds, accountability Tcount
is 2,039 meaning that accountability is partially significantly affecting the
achievement of BOS funding objectives, transparency Tcount is 2,049 meaning that
transparency has partially significantly affected the achievement of fund objectives
BOS, and equality Tcount of 5.109 means that equality partially significantly affects
the achievement of the objectives of the BOS funds.
