Pengaplikasian Pervious Concrete Sebagai Cover U-Ditch Berbentuk I-Beam
Abstract
Concrete is a material that is widely used as a building structure material. especially in the transportation sector. Although concrete is the main choice as a material road pavement, but the characteristics of concrete are stiff and have fine pores, this causes the infiltration rate of water when it rains. Where, it causes stagnation of stagnant water before it reaches the drainage canal. Researcher proposes an effective solution to overcome this problem by applying concrete permeable as a u-ditch cover, so that a u-ditch cover previously flowed with water, can pass water without compromising its use as a pedestrian path. Its application aims to increase surface water infiltration and overcome flooding and puddles. From the research results obtained the average compressive strength that can be carried is 8,451 MPa, the average tensile strength that can be carried is 1.283 MPa, the the average bending that can be carried is 2,178 MPa, the average pervious infiltration rate concrete is at a value of 0.694797551 mm/hour. For u-ditch cover infiltration rate values I-Beam shape, for size (40 x 10 x 10) cm of 2.622434082 mm/hour, for size (60 x 15 x 10) cm of 2 420708428 mm/hour, for size (80 x 20 x 10) cm of 2.282007957 mm/hour, for size (100 x 25 x 10) cm of 2.161436799 mm/hour and for an overall average of 2.371647 mm/hour
