Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of sophistication of information technology, technical ability of users of accounting information systems, management participation, and task-technology suitability on individual performance both in terms of partial or simultaneous at PT. Bank Sumut Medan Coordinator Branch. This type of research is causal associative research and the variable measurement scale used is the ordinal scale using the likert method. The population of this study was 52 respondents and the sample was taken using saturated sampling technique so that the number of samples was 52 respondents. The source of this research data is primary data obtained through the distribution of digital questionnaires using google form media that are given to general staff and e-mails of Bank Sumut Medan Branch Coordinator and then distributed to the respondents concerned with 47 questionnaires returned. The data analysis technique used data quality test, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS 24 software. The results showed that partially the variables of information technology sophistication, technical ability of users of accounting information systems, management participation, and task-technology suitability had a positive and significant effect on individual performance. Simultaneously, the variables of information technology sophistication, technical ability of users of accounting information systems, management participation, and task-technology suitability have a significant effect on individual performance at PT.
