The sorting stage in the process of processing palm fruit into CPO (crude palm oil) is the stage of selecting ripe and unripe palm fruit. Sorting practices in factories in Indonesia are usually still carried out using traditional methods. In this study, data were collected using the Wenner configuration method to detect the maturity level of the oil palm fruit through the stress obtained from each maturity level. The ADS115 sensor and 4 pins at the end of the stick are used to retrieve data and the output is in the form of a voltage in millivolts (mV). Based on the results, the maturity level is divided into 4 fractions, each with a different stress level. Fraction 1 produces a voltage above 200 mV, fractions 2 and 3 have a similar voltage because this level is the perfect maturity level (above 100-150 mV). The results show that ripe oil palm fruit contains less water than oil, so fractions 2 and 3 have similar stresses (above 100 mV) with less stress as maturity increases.en_US
