    Uji Efektivitas Nanoherbal Daun Gagatan Harimau (Vitis Gracilis Wall.) Terhadap Histologi Ginjal pada Tikus Wistar (Rattus Norvegicus L.) Jantan yang diberi Latihan Fisik

    Abstract
    Excessive swimming exercise will trigger an increase of free radicals in the body known as oxidative stress. Nano herbal of Gagatan harimau (Vitis gracilis) leaves contains of secondary metabolites such as flavonoids and terpenoids. This herbal act as antioxidants and can trigger the improvement of the organ’s histological structure. The study aimed to find out the effectiveness of Gagatan harimau (Vitis gracilis Wall) leaves on the morphology and histology of the kidneys of male wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus L.) which were physically trained. The study consists of six treatments using a Complete Random Plan (CRP)): (1) negative control (only given feed ad libitum); (2) positive control (just given maximal exercise); (3) maximal exercise + Vit. C 2 mg/kgBW; (4) maximal exercise + 100 mg/kgBW nanoherbal leaves of gagatan harimau (Vitis gracilis Wall.); (5) maximal exercise + 125 mg/kgBW nanoherbal leaves of gagatan harimau (Vitis gracilis Wall.); (6) maximal exercise + 150 mg/kgBW nanoherbal leaves of gagatan harimau (Vitis gracilis Wall.). The research was conducted by the Hematoxin-Eosine (HE) staining covering the glomerulus area, the narrowing of the proximal tubulus and necrosis in wistar rat (Rattus norvegicus L.) male which were physically trained in swimming The results showed that gagatan harimau (Vitis gracilis Wall.) leaves nanoherbal had no effect on kidney morphology (it color, the weight and the volume), but gagatan harimau leaves (Vitis graciilis Wall) at 125 mg/kgBW (P3) dose had the potentcy to improve kidney histology (p<0.05) with. It was concluded that the nanoherbal leaves of the gagatan harimau at dose of 125 mg/kgBW were effective to repair kidney cells.
