The company already provided the training, development, and maintain
the qualifying human resources. If the employee performances is higher so the
quality of human resources is getting higher to solve the duty. In organization,
employee positions has big contribution to made a successfully company. The
company will successess if have the consistent human resources, clean,
responsible and orienting for future and professional to faced a duty and
responsibilities.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of employee
trainingand development programs in increasing the quality of work in PUDAM
Tirta Bina Labuhanbatu. This research also to observe whether the
implementation of training and development programs that is offered by
PUDAM Tirta Bina Labuhanbatu has been improve and provide many changes
to employees.
This study use descriptive qualitative approach. The primer data
collected through interview, observation, and documentation and secunder data
by library data such as the book, journal and information from informants. The
data analysis has done by data reduction, data display and conclusion.
The result of this study is the implementation of employee training and
development programsin the has been implemented well but still not maximal yet
from the implementated. The leader and employee are lack of communication, so
the training that given by company is not maximal for the employee and the
employee performances that given by company also doing the same thing. Then,
the development such as promotions has been given well by the company and
stillnot maximal yet for to convey the employee and its clearly that the employee
not focous for thepromotion.
