    Abstract
    The objective of the research was to analyze the influence of the infrastructures of water, electricity, and road on income per capita in Medan, Binjai, Deli Serdang Regency, and Karo Regency through the economic growth of Mehidangro as mediating variable. The data were gathered by using time series from 1990 to 2014, using path analysis. This model has eight equations which consist of two equations in each districts/towns which could be found the influence among the variables, their influence directly, indirectly, and totally The result of the research showed that First, for Medan, directly only the variable of electricity which had negative influence income per capita while the other two variables (water and road had positive influence, while indirectly the three variables had positive influence on income per capita of Medan through the economic growth of Mebidangro. Secondly, for Binjai, directly and indirectly the three variables had positive influence on income per capita of Binjai through the economic growth of Mebidangro, thirdly, for Deli Serdang Regency, directly and indirectly, only the variable of water which had negative influence on income per capita of Deli Serdang Regency, while the three variables totally had positive influence on income per capita of Deli Serdang Regency through the economic growth of Mebidangro. Fourthly, for Karo Regency, directly and indirectly the variables of electricity and road had negative influence on income per capita of Karo Regency through the economic growth of Mebidangro, while the three variables totally had positive influence on income per capita of Karo Regency through the economic growth of Mebidangro
