A company requires human resources who possess knowledge, expertise, and skill
in accordance with their work field. Human resources in an organization is
usually called employe. the objective of the research was 10 assess the employee
performance in PT PLN KITBSU by using Human Resources Scorecard. HRSC
indicates the condition of employee performance so that this research wil be able
10 give suggestion for improvement and development of the employee performance
for the coming year. this is a qualitative research. The samples consisting of 12
respondents were iaken by applying non-probability sampling technique. The
results of the research demonstrated that, firstly, The Score targeted by Key
Performance Indicator for PT PLN KITSBU has been achieved as required by the
company i.e. 95%. The financial perspective was 10%, customer perspective was
30%, internal business perspective was 25%, and learning and growth
perspective was 30%. The pace of the process to issue employees SPPD (Official
Travel Warrant) and reimbursement for employees health were indicated to be
low or unachieved in this research.
