Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever (DHF) Control Program in public health centre was implemented since 1968, but morbidity rate and mortality rate was still high in North Sumatera Province. The aim of the research is to analysis the implementation of program by the public health centre in the endemic district of North Sumatera Province covered the resources, the program implementation, and to what extended the successful of the implementation program
