dc.description.abstractAn amination reaction on glucose using nickel as a catalyst heterogen has been done in autoclave. Into the autoclave glucose (5 g, 0,0277 mol) was suspended in hexane as well Nickel powder. Ammonia 150 psi and hydrogen gas 30 psi were in charged. The autoclave was heated at 140°C for five hours. The reaction mixture was filtered. The product obtained was characterized under FT-IR and 1H-NMR. The yield was 4,75 g ; 0,0273 mol. that proof as l-iminohexane-2,3,4,5,6- pentaamine.en_US
