dc.description.abstract | Production of Ba0.6Fe203 magnet ceramic made of Fe203 and BaC03 with an additive of Si02 has been much used as the component for electric motor, water meter and so forth. The relationship between the charactheristics of this Ba0.6Fe20 3 magnet ceramic and sintering temperature and the percentage of additive Si02 was analyzed through computer using the programming language of Matlab version 7.0.1 (R14). The characteristics analyzed were density, porosity and remance of magnet. The result of computation obtained after being sinterred at the themperature of 1000° C, 1050° C, 1100° C, 1150° C, 1200° C with the addition of the percentage of additive 0%, 0,5%, 1 %, 1,5% and 2% shows that the value of optimum magnet remanence obtained with the addition of additive 1 % is 1, 14 k. Gauss with the density of 5 ,51 g/cm3 and the value of porosity is 0,42% at the sintering temperature of 1200° C. | en_US |
