Pengaruh Creativity Habit dan Design Thinking Terhadap Human Capital di Bank Mandiri Area Medan Balaikota
Abstract
Human resources are significant for companies as valuable assets that other
human resources cannot easily replace. In addition, employees are also individuals
who spend a lot of time every day in their work and influence the company's success.
So the success or failure of the company depends mainly on the human resources
themselves.
This study aims to determine the influence of Creativity Habits on Human
Capital in Bank Mandiri Medan Balaikota Area, Design Thinking on Human Capital
in Bank Mandiri Medan Balaikota Area and the next goal is to determine the influence
of Creativity Habit and Design Thinking together on Human Capital in Bank Mandiri
Medan Balaikota Area.
The research method used in this study is associative research with a
quantitative approach using survey methods, where the author distributes
questionnaires for data collection. The population in this study is employees at Bank
Mandiri Area & Medan Balaikota Branch. The sample in this study uses the
Nonprobability Sampling method with purposive sampling techniques. The sample of
respondents in this study became 50 employees of Bank Mandiri Area & Branch Medan
Balaikota Unit General Affairs (GA) & Funding. The data analysis methods used are
validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis,
partial tests, simultaneous tests and determination tests.
Based on the results of this study shows that Creativity Habit and Design
Thinking have a significant effect both partially and together with Human Capital. This
shows that the higher the value of Creativity Habits and Design Thinking, the higher
the value of Human Capital. This shows that Creativity Habit and Design Thinking
have a unidirectional relationship with Human Capital.
