Several Multi Criteria Decision Making methodologies explains that the value point associated with multiple criteria will indicate their relative importance. One of the most popular ways to recognize the value point is analytic Hierarchy Process, which forms a matrix in the form of pair comparison7 at which the change of point follows one of several procedures such as eigen vector method or square logarithm. It is known that different procedures produce different Value point top place the problem of explanation a pair of point gained so it will be efficient in the optimization problem of the constantly simplification discrepancy. The determination character of an effective solution pair given 7 which allows an explanation that the solution of the smallest squared logarithm is always efficient, mean while the eigen vector method that is most commonly 'used are considered inefficient in some ways7 so that the result of using this method to determine the efficiency of value point of a pair comparison matrix is stillin doubt.
