dc.description.abstract | The aims of this study were (1) to explore how the Tanoto Foundation's
“PINTAR” program was implemented in Batubara District (2) to identify the
benefits of the Tanoto Foundation's “PINTAR” program for Education in
Batubara District.
This research was conducted in the form of descriptive research with a qualitative
approach. Descriptive research aims to explain the true picture according to
reality, phenomena and facts found in the field. In other words, this research
seeks to obtain an in-depth description and analysis regarding the application of
Tanoto Foundation's Innovation Development for Quality Learning (PINTAR)
towards Educational Development in Batubara District.
The results of this study indicate (1) the Tanoto Foundation's "PINTAR" program
has a significant contribution in improving the quality of learning in Batubara
District. Through various educational strategies and innovations, such as
curriculum development, the use of technology in learning and partnership and
collaboration approaches. (2) The PINTAR program plays an important role in
increasing student learning motivation through active, collaborative learning,
personal support and guidance, as well as giving awards and incentives that
encourage students to be more enthusiastic and excel in learning. The "PINTAR"
program contributes to improving the quality of teachers and curricula through
training and developing teacher professionalism, providing quality learning
resources, and partnering with the government and schools in developing relevant
and responsive curricula. The positive impact of the "PINTAR" program on the
quality of education in Batubara Regency can be seen in increasing accessibility,
learning motivation, student participation, skills, and mastery of learning
materials. This program is also able to reduce educational disparities and provide
more equitable opportunities for all students. | en_US |
