Peranan Etika Profesi Pegawai di Biro Perekonomian Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of employee professional ethics in the Bureau of Economics of the Regional Secretariat of North Sumatra Province. This research is using quantitative method. The data analysis method used is to distribute questionnaires and add up the percentages of the questionnaires. The population of this research is the Bureau of Economic Affairs of the Regional Secretariat of North Sumatra Province and the sample in this study is 31 people. From the results of this study, all employees work to maintain comfort and conduciveness in the work environment, for example, employees are always present at the office on time, employees work quietly and maintain the cleanliness of the office environment, employees also use office stationery for work purposes. only in the office and dress neatly and politely in the work environment.
