dc.description.abstract | This study aims to find out and understand how ethics is applied at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Petisah and what are the principles that underlie it in order to aim to increase customer loyalty to the bank. The type of data used in this study is qualitative. Source of data obtained from PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Petisah. Ethics is one of the most important things in the sustainability of Islamic banking institutions where employees must pay attention to how they behave towards customers. Through this research, the authors draw the conclusion that PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Petisah has provided and carried out a fairly good quality of service ethics, which can be seen through the way employees behave and look. Customer loyalty will also increase as service improves because customers feel respected and satisfied with the performance of employees. Increasing the number of customers will also bring benefits to the company. | en_US |
