dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the effect of office layout on improving employee performance in the Food Crops and Horticulture Office of North Sumatra Province. The type of data used is quantitative data, by collecting data through questionnaires or questionnaires. The population of this study were all employees at the Food Crops and Horticulture Office of North Sumatra Province. Sourced from employees in each field with a total of 5 people. The results of this study indicate that office layout has an impact on improving the performance of employees of the Food Crops and Horticulture Office of North Sumatra Province. Based on the research results, the effect of work layout in the office has been said to be good and can improve employee performance, as well as the results of research on employee performance which is also good.en_US
