Sistem Penyimpanan Arsip pada PT. Albidaya Esra Sejahtera

Abstract

A good archive storage system is very important for companies to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the use of time, place, effort, and costs which can make it easier for companies to carry out their duties (Wildan and Raden (2015: 217)). So that every company needs to implement an archive storage system properly and correctly to make it easier to carry out company tasks. However, archive storage at PT. Albidaya Esra Sejahtera (ALDES) still has deficiencies that need attention, such as archives that are less organized and not managed properly. This study aims to get an overview of how the archive storage system at PT. Albidaya Esra Sejahtera (ALDES). The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, namely research that is intended to collect data and information about a symptom and fact of the object and place of research according to what it was when the research took place. Data collection techniques used in this study were in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The conclusion from this research shows that the archive storage system at PT. Albidaya Esra Sejahtera is using a date system and subject system. However, the application of the date system and subject system has not been carried out properly. The suggestion through this research is that PT. Albidaya Esra Sejahtera should implement a date system and subject system according to archival rules.
