    Simulasi Antrian Metode Monte Carlo pada Perawatan Medis di Rumah Sakit

    Abstract
    In this thesis research, the Hospital set a service standard of 7 minutes, but after observation the patient is queuing longer than the standard set. The registration queue system is a tandem queue system which consists of DM & HT counters and clinics. The purpose of this thesis research is to provide an overview of the queue model, determine the size of effectiveness and find optimal solutions. The analyzed data are busy day data on Wednesday 04 July 2018 until Friday 06 July 2018 at 08.00 to 11.00. Data retrieval is done by two methods, namely interviews and observation. The arrival and service data obtained are then grouped per 5 minutes. Next, steady state checks, tests Poisson distribution, determines the queue model and calculates the effectiveness measure. The size of the effectiveness of the queue in the registration section can be calculated using the model (M / M / 1) :( GD / ∞ / ∞). If the data is not steady state, then the effectiveness measure is searched by Monte Carlo simulation.
     
    Pada penelitian ini pihak Rumah Sakit menetapkan standar pelayanan yaitu 7 menit, namun setelah dilakukan observasi pasien mengantri lebih lama dari standar yang ditetapkan. Sistem antrian bagian pendaftaran merupakan sistem antrian tandem yang terdiri dari Loket dan Klinik DM&HT. Tujuan dari penelitian skripsi ini yaitu memberikan gambaran model antrian, menentukan ukuran keefektifan dan mencari solusi optimal. Data yang dianalisis yaitu data hari sibuk pada hari Rabu 04 Juli 2018 sampai hari Jumat 06 Juli 2018 pukul 08.00 sampai 11.00. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan dua metode yaitu wawancara dan observasi. Data kedatangan dan pelayanan yang diperoleh kemudian dikelompokkan per 5 menit. Selanjutnya pemeriksaan steady state, uji distribusi Poisson, menentukan model antrian dan menghitung ukuran keefektifan. Ukuran keefektifan antrian pada bagian pendaftaran dapat dihitung menggunakan model (M/M/1):(GD/ / ). Apabila data tidak steady state, maka ukuran keefektifan dicari dengan simulasi Monte Carlo.
