    Efek Waktu Milling terhadap Sifat Fisis dan Mikrostruktur Serbuk Nanokomposit BaFe12O19/Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4

    Abstract
    Has been done the making of BaFe12O19/ Ni0,5Zn0,5Fe2O4 nanocomposite powder made by using High Energy Milling (HEM) method to synthesized BaFe12O19 powder with the variable time is 1 hours, 3 hours, 5 hours, 7 hours and 10 hours with a speed of HEM is 15 rad / min. And using a coprecipitation method to synthesized Ni0,5Zn0,5Fe2O4 powder, the mixing of BaFe12O19/ Ni0,5Zn0,5Fe2O4 nanocomposite powder made by using sonication method. From the data obtained a SEM some variation of the smallest particle size of 80 nm with a milling time of 10 hours. The physical properties are true density test, with the highest value obtained true density of 5,05 (g / cm3) at 10 hours milling time. Microstructure viewed using XRD, BaFe12O19 found some highest peak. XRD results milling 7 hours and 10 there are some emerging peak BaFe12O19
     
    Telah dilakukan pembuatan serbuk nanokomposit BaFe12O19/ Ni0,5Zn0,5Fe2O4 dilakukan dengan menggunakan High Energy Milling (HEM) untuk mensintesis serbuk BaFe12O19 dengan variabel waktu 1 jam, 3 jam, 5 jam, 7 jam dan 10 jam dengan kecepatan Rpm dari HEM sebesar 15 rad/menit. Dan menggunakan metode kopresipitasi untuk mensintesis serbuk Ni0,5Zn0,5Fe2O4 , pencampuran serbuk nanokomposit BaFe12O19/ Ni0,5Zn0,5Fe2O4 dilakukan menggunakan metode sonikasi. Dari data SEM beberapa variasi waktu diperoleh ukuran partikel yang paling kecil 80 nm dengan waktu milling 10 jam. Sifat fisis yang di uji adalah true density, dengan nilai true density tertinggi didapat sebesar 5,05 (gr/cm3) pada waktu milling 10 jam. Mikrostruktur dilihat menggunakan XRD, BaFe12O19 ditemukan beberapa puncak tertinggi. Hasil XRD milling 7 jam dan 10 jam terdapat beberapa puncak BaFe12O19 yang muncul.
