Introduction: PCI has become the main revascularization strategy in patient with STEMI. Even though the incidence of MACE after PCI was very low, in some cases MACE is still found. RISK PCI score is a novel scoring system to predict MACE in 30 days after PCI in STEMI. The aim of this study was to assess the prognostic ability of RISK PCI score as a predictor of MACE in STEMI after PCI.
Methods: 72 samples with diagnosis of STEMI who received PCI in RSUP H. Adam Malik were included in this study. The RISK PCI score and MACE were calculated and recorded for 30 days follow up. Univariate and bivariate analysis was performed to assess the relationship between RISK PCI score and MACE. The predictive value of RISK PCI score was analyzed using ROC curve.
Result: From 72 samples enrolled in this study, 30 subject had MACE in 30 days. 86,7% of MACE patients, categorized as a high-risk patient based on RISK PCI score. There was a significant relationship between RISK PCI and MACE (p<0,001). Based on the ROC analysis, RISK PCI score has very strong prognostic ability to predict MACE ((AUC: 91,9%; p<0,001; 95%CI 0,86-0,978)
Conclusion: RISK PCI score has very strong prognostic ability to predict MACE in STEMI in 30 days after PCI procedure
