The procedure for implementing archive arrangement at the Office of the Center for
Development of Quality Assurance for Vocational Education in the Building and
Electrical Sector uses a workflow-based arrangement procedure. The location of the
research object is in the office of the Center for Development of Quality Assurance for
Vocational Education in the Building and Electrical Sector by observing and conducting
direct interviews with office employees in the archives sector. Archives Archives are
matters relating to archives. In structuring archives requires good archiving procedures.
Organizing records properly and correctly will facilitate retrieval, so that when records
are needed in making a decision, they can be found immediately. With the arrangement
of these archives can simplify and expedite the search for archives. Archive management
can be done either manually or using a computer so that it becomes information that can
be used as a basis for decision making. Archives are evidence or records of activities or
transactions ranging from service activities to decision-making activities.
