dc.description.abstractTherefore the purpose of this study is to describe and find out the general service procedures for handling guests at the Regional Personnel Board of North Sumatra Province. This type of research is a descriptive method, namely describing the procedures and constraints of the Regional Civil Service Agency services, where data is collected and processed descriptively. The data collection technique was carried out by observation, requesting SOP data and collecting other data directly from the research location, namely the Regional Personnel Agency Office of North Sumatra Province. The sample in this study amounted to 1 company. The results of research at the North Sumatra Provincial Civil Service Agency show that public service procedures in handling guests are quite good. The SOP used by the Regional Personnel Agency for North Sumatra Province has also been well structured according to standards. Public service employees have carried out their service procedures according to the Standard Operating Procedures.en_US
