| dc.description.abstract | The role of Public Relations is to provide the best service, create harmonious relationships, generate mutual understanding, and prevent misunderstandings caused by a lack of communication between the various parties. And the purpose of this study is to determine the role of public relations in providing excellent service at PT SUCOFINDO Medan Branch. So then this research focuses on studying the factors of the role of public relations. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study is a company that cooperates with PT SUCOFINDO Medan Branch.The companies taken in this study amounted to 31 companies. The result is that employees of PT. SUCOFINDO in serving guests/customers is indeed good and quite satisfying, showing that employees of PT. SUCOFINDO is willing to assist visitors' needs until they are completed so that they can be categorized as very satisfied with providing services, and PT. SUCOFINDO already provides support and cooperation to customers and can be categorized as very good. The impact of implementing this public relation is to increase the quality of the company, especially PT SUCOFINDO Medan Branch and to give a more pleasant, motivational, inspiring, and meaningful impression to guests/customers. In addition, the joint venture companies are inspired to apply character values in daily life such as caring, courtesy, and honesty at PT SUCOFINDO Medan Branch. | en_US |
