dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the role of records management on the work efficiency of employees at the UPPT Serdang Bedagai office. The source of the data can be from the Administration Department of the UPPT Serdang Bedagai office. The method used is a qualitative method by collecting data through interviews conducted by employees at the UPPT Serdang Bedagai office. The sample in this study was UPPT Serdang Bedagai office employees totaling 2 people. The results of this research interview show that the role of archives management on employee work efficiency has a positive effect on making it easier to carry out administrative activities at the UPPT Serdang Bedagai office. Based on the results of research on the work efficiency of employees in the administrative department of the UPPT Serdang Bedagai office, it has been broadly said to be good and orderly.en_US
