dc.description.abstract | The writing of this paper aims to determine the management of personnel records at the Office of the Energy and Mineral Resources Office of North Sumatra Province. Data collection using observation, interview, documentation and literature study methods conducted at the Office of the Energy and Mineral Resources Office of North Sumatra Province. The result obtained is that the archives in the subsection have one person in managing the archives. First, archival recording is divided into two, namely incoming and outgoing letters written in the agenda book. Second, the storage of personnel records using an alphabetical system is stored in roll o'pack and filling cabinets. Third, archive maintenance has not been carried out because it is only limited to maintaining cleanliness, tidying up, and regulating storage temperatures. Fourth, the personnel archive service does not have any fixed rules or procedures for borrowing and returning records. The management of personnel records at the Office of the Energy and Mineral Resources Office of North Sumatra Province can be said that what has been done has not been maximally based on the Management of Civil Servant Manuscripts (PNS) Regulation of the Head of the State Civil Service Agency Number 18 of 2011. | en_US |
