dc.description.abstractThis study investigates and analyzes the effect of education and training and self efficacy on the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBDJ civil servant performance improvement in Medan. This associative quantitative study employs 34 staffs in the BPBD Medan from 33 respondents by implementing saturatio,:, sampling t~hnique. The data is analyzed by using double linier regression. The study finds that education, training, and self-efficacy all have a substantial impact on Jww well BPBD civil servants perform in Medan. The partial test also slwws that the improvement in BPBD civil servant performance is favorably and significantly influenced by education, training, and self-efficacy.en_US
