Pengaruh Pemberian Probio-7 Dengan Dosis dan Feeding Rate Berbeda terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Kelangsungan Hidup Ikan Lele (Clarias gariepinus)

Abstract

Research on the Effect of Probio-7 With Different Doses and Feeding Rates on the Growth and Survival of Catfish (Clarias gariepinus) was conducted in March-April 2023. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of probio-7 in feed on the growth and survival of fish catfish. To determine the effect of probio-7 on feed with feeding rate on feed conversion and survival of catfish. To find out the best treatment that influences the growth and survival of catfish. The method used in this study was an experimental method with a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two factors, namely the first factor was the provision of probio-7 with 3 levels, namely doses of 4 ml/kg of feed, 6 ml/kg of feed, and 8 ml/kg of feed. . The second factor was giving 3 different levels of feeding rates 2%, 3%, 4%. The results obtained showed that the treatment effect of the addition of probio-7 doses and different levels of feeding rates showed that there was a very significantly different effect on catfish weight which had a significant effect on catfish length growth, and was not significantly different on feed conversion ratio. The additional dose of probio-7 is a dose of 8 ml with a feeding rate of 4%. Feeding with the best feeding rate for catfish weight gain and elongation was 4%, for FCR and catfish survival was 4%.
