Peran Ayah dalam Pengasuhan Anak pada Film Yínhé Bǔxí Bān (银河补习班) Karya Deng Chao dan Baimei Yu : Tinjauan Sosiologi Sastra

Abstract

This research focuses on the role of fathers in parenting and obstacles to parenting in the film Yínhé Bǔxí Bān.The purpose of this study is to describe the main character of the father as the parenting depicted in the film and the obstacles experienced by the father character in the nanny. The research method used is qualitative method. The theory used in this film is Palkovitz's theory and Aini's theory.The data in this study is a screen that contains scenes with dialogue in the film. The data in this study was analyzed by recording and taking screenshots of footage related to the role of fathers in parenting contained in the film then conducting an analysis and concluding the final results. The results of the research that have been analyzed found that there is parenting by the role of the main character as a father and obstacles in parenting children for discussion (1) there are 10 types of child care, namely 2 data communication, 4 data Teaching, 2 data Monitoring, 1 data Cognitive processes, 1 data Caregiving, 1 data Planning, 2 data Shared activities, 1 data Prepared, 3 data Protection, 2 data Emotional support. Then in obstacles (2) there are obstacles in childcare which there are as many as 3 types of obstacles, namely 2 data on caregiver obstacles in understanding the problems of foster children, 2 data on caregiver obstacles in meeting the needs of foster children and 2 data on caregiver obstacles in terms of time available to provide guidance. Therefore, this study concluded that there is a role of fathers in childcare and there are obstacles in parenting in the film Yínhé Bǔxí Bān.
