This thesis describes: Forms and frequency of code-mixing between sellers and buyers in buying and selling transactions at Saribudolok Vegetable Market by the Simalungun Batak Community. The problem studied is how the forms of code-mixing in the Saribudolok vegetable market by the Simalungun Batak community, and what is the frequency of code-mixing in the Saribudolok vegetable market. This research uses the method of listening, and the commensurate method with advanced techniques used are speaking techniques, recording techniques, and recording techniques. The method of data assessment is the commensurate method followed by the basic technique of sorting the determinant of the theoretical approach used in this research is sociolinguistics, code mixing, and frequency. Furthermore, the results of the research analysis can be concluded, that the form of code mix is found in the form of word insertion, phrase, and reword. While the frequency obtained from all the data in this study is 58.66%, word insertion, 26.66% phrase insertion, 26.66% phrase insertion, and 26.66% phrase insertion: 26.66%, word repetition insertion: 14,66%.
