dc.description.abstract | This study aims to describe affixes that form denominal verbs in the Nias language. This study uses the theory of Morphology and affixes. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive attitude. Methods and data collection techniques used in this study are the method of listening. Methods and techniques of data analysis using the referential equivalent technique and using the two-by-two opposition technique. The results obtained from this study, namely in Nias language that have the potential to form denominal verbs in Nias language consist of 1) Prefixes that have the potential to form denominal verbs in Nias language, namely {ma-}, {mo-}, {mu-}, { fa-} and {o-}. 2) Suffixes that have the potential to form denominal verbs in the Nias language are {-ö}, {-gö}, {-ni}, {-i}, and {-ini}. 3) Confixes that have the potential to form denominal verbs in the Nias language, namely {a-gö} and {o-si}. 4) Affix combinations that have the potential to form denominal verbs in the Nias language, namely {ma-i}, {o-i}, and {ma-gö}. | en_US |
