This thesis is entitled "Manganjab Ritual Tradition in Nagori Sihaporas, Pamatang Sidamanik District, Simalungun Regency". This study aims to describe the stages in the Manganjab Tradition and describe the values of local wisdom in the Manganjab Ritual Tradition in Nagori Sihaporas. The theory used is the theory of local wisdom put forward by Robert Sibarani. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The results showed that the stages of the Manganjab ritual tradition consisted of: The preparatory stage before Manganjab, namely: (1) Determining the Day, (2) Determining the Place of the Ritual, (3) Preparing the Offerings, (4) Preparing the Clothes for the Ritual, and the following steps: the stages of the Manganjab Ritual Implementation Day. Local Wisdom in the Manganjab Ritual Tradition with local wisdom values of Peace, namely: (1) Commitment, (2) Honesty, (3) Social Solidarity, (4) Harmony and Conflict Resolution, (5) Positive Thinking, (6) Gratitude , (7) Politeness. Welfare Local Wisdom values, namely (1) Hard Work, (2) Discipline (3) Gotong Royong, (4) Gender Management, (5) Preservation and Cultural Creativity (6) Care for the Environment.
