Usabilitas Situs Web Perpustakaan Universitas Quality

Abstract

The purpose of writing this paper is to find out the usability of the Quality University library website. The data collection method uses observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of writing this paper show that: First, the learnability indicator is easy to understand and the user is easy to operate the website. Second, the efficiency indicator has information that suits the needs of the user, the features in the website search are efficient and the arrangement of the website menu is easy to understand so that users can immediately quickly search for what is intended. Thirdly, the memorability indicator has a website address that is easy enough to remember without needing to be noted, has features that are easy to understand and re-accessed by users with the same process as previous access. Fourth, the error indicator was found to be a little error on the website when searching on the website. But it can also be corrected by getting an explanation message on the link if you experience an error. Fifth, the satisfaction indicator has a pleasant impression when the website is used, users also feel comfortable when the website is used, the facilities on the website are also sufficient by the user. The conclusion of writing this paper of work that the website of the University Library of Quality has a fairly good assessment.
