| dc.description.abstract | The writing of working paper is done in the D-3 Library Unit, University of Sumatera Utara. The objective of this writing is to find out the most and the fewest subjects used at the Diploma 3 Library Unit of Universitas Sumatera Utara. The data are collected through library research, observation, and documentary study. The findings of this writing show that indexing the subjects is done so that the required information can be found in the documents and the book can be easily recovered. Indexing the subjects in the D-3 Library Unit is done manually. It is found that there are 339 working paper titles in the D-3 Library Study Program registered in the period 2013-2018. All of the subjects are related to the library science. The greatest number of subjects used by D-3 Library students of the academic year of 2016-2021 are Operations, Archives, Information Centers and Acquisitions and Collection Development while the smallest number of subjects used by them are Cooperation and Networks, Organization of Libraries, Shelf-listing, General Publications, and Relationship With The Community. | en_US |
