Abstract

The purpose of this final project is to find out more details about the Wadiah Savings Account Opening Procedure and also the obstacles that are often faced and the solutions to these obstacles. The data collection method used in this final project is by using direct observation method and in-depth interview. The results of the research discuss the requirements that must be met, namely general requirements and specific requirements. General requirements are criteria that must be owned by customers and special requirements are documents that must be fulfilled by customers. While the procedure for opening a wadiah savings account is carried out through several stages in accordance with the provisions set by the bank. Several obstacles are often encountered in opening a wadiah savings account, one of which is the lack of public understanding of Islamic banking.
