dc.description.abstract | Microcredit is often given to micro entrepreneurs who have limited access to financial resources and limited collateral. In some cases, microcredit borrowers may face difficulties in paying their installments on time due to unstable business conditions, economic changes, or unforeseen events. Thus, credit restructuring is one of the strategies undertaken to manage microcredit risk at BRI KCP Parongil Unit. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of credit restructuring on micro credit at BRI KCP Parongil Unit. The presentation method used by the author in writing this Final Project is a qualitative descriptive method, which describes the data obtained from the interviews. The implementation of credit restructuring on micro credit products is a strategy to reduce non-performing loans carried out by the BRI KCP Unit Parongil bank which has been effective because it has followed the procedures and principles set out in bank and banking internal regulations. From the perspective of approximately 2,000 debtors, they can be saved from the risk of default or bad credit. The results of the study show that the implementation of credit restructuring on micro products at BRI KCP Parongil Unit has been effective as a risk management effort, namely credit risk to the bank. | en_US |
