Abstract

The budget reporting procedure for the Medan City DPRD Secretariat is a process that consists of several stages, starting from preparing the budget plan, implementing the budget, to reporting the use of the budget. The first stage is the preparation of a budget plan that is carried out by the finance section of the Medan City DPRD Secretariat by taking into account the needs and priorities of the budget. The next stage is the implementation of the budget which includes the submission of budget proposals, review, approval, and determination of the budget. Finally, the budget reporting procedure for the Medan City DPRD Secretariat is carried out by compiling a report on the use of the budget, which includes details of expenditures, the remaining budget, and an explanation regarding the use of the unused budget. This expenditure budget report aims to ensure accountability and transparency in the use of the Medan City DPRD Secretariat budget, so as to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of budget management.
