Abstract

Procurement is the activity of providing goods or services carried out by the company so that its needs are met. In the Procurement of Goods/Services process, the Owner Estimate (OE) is used as a benchmark for the highest legal limit of bidding for procurement of Goods/Services. The determination of the Owner Estimate (OE) is included in the E-Tendering process to determine the price used as a reference in the tender process. In Determination of Owner Estimate (OE) must be in accordance with the requirements applicable at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III and does not conflict with statutory regulations. In the preparation of Owner Estimate (OE) consists of four types: Goods, Construction Work, Other Services and Consultation/Construction Consultation Services. In the Consultation/Construction Consultation Services Section, the calculation method of Owner Estimate (OE) uses a cost-based calculation method, an expertise-based calculation method and a market-based calculation method.
