Penerapan Manajemen Risiko dan Penilaian Manajemen Risiko Indeks (MRI) pada Satuan Kerja (SATKER) Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Risk Management is a way to prevent the occurrence of risks that will be faced either unknown or unthinkable by avoiding risks or all the consequences of risks. This study aims to find out what are the success factors in implementing risk management and what are the obstacles encountered in implementing risk management. The data processing technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive technique. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected through interviews and secondary data through a documentation study at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, North Sumatra. The results of the research show that the evaluation of the implementation of risk management or the maturity level of the application of risk management has not met the targets that have been set. Meanwhile, the evaluation realization of management implementation or the maturity level of risk management implementation is worth 72.61 or can be presented as 72.61%.
