dc.description.abstractEvery company must have documents such as letters, reports and company data. These documents are one of the most important parts for the company which must be kept carefully. These documents will then be archived because they are useful, so that whenever needed they can be quickly found again. Archives have an important role in a company, if the records are not properly managed, it can result in difficulty finding information that has been stored and can ultimately hinder the next stages of the work process. Records management plays an important role for the running of the organization, namely as a source of information and as an organizational memory center, which can be useful for research materials, decision making, or preparation of development programs for the organization concerned.en_US
