Work facilities are everything that is used and used by employees to carry
out tasks that can facilitate and expedite the implementation of their work. This
study aims to determine the important role of work facilities in increasing the
effectiveness of employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law
and Human Rights, North Sumatra. This research is a qualitative research using
descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this
study by way of observation, interviews and documentation. The data that has been
obtained from observations and interviews is then analyzed by data collection, data
reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.
This research shows that one of the important factors for employees in
achieving their performance targets is good work facilities. With good facilities,
employees can work efficiently and effectively. The results of this study indicate that
work facilities have an important role in increasing the effectiveness of employee
performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights,
North Sumatra.
