Efektivitas Penggunaan Dana Desa pada Bumdes Sialang Jaya Melalui Unit Usaha Kuliner Mangga Bridge di Desa Namo Sialang Kecamatan Batang Serangan Kabupaten Langkat Tahun 2020-2021

Abstract

The Namo Sialang Village Government manages and uses the Village Fund to improve the village economy through the Sialang Jaya Village-Owned Enterprise by building a Culinary Mangga Bridge business unit in 2020 using capital participation from village funds of IDR 200,000,000. The purpose of this study was to find out how effective the use of village funds is in Sialang Jaya BUMDes through the construction of the Mangga Bridge Culinary Business unit for 2020- 2021 in Namo Sialang Village, Batang Serangan District, Langkat Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques carried out in this study using interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive qualitative data analysis by analyzing the meaning behind the data and information in the research results. The results of this study show that the use of village funds in Sialang Jaya Village-Owned Enterprises in Namo Sialang Village, Batang Serangan District, Langkat Regency for 2020-2021 is not effective, because the Mangga Bridge Culinary Business unit in Namo Sialang Village has only been running smoothly for 3 months, that is caused by mismanagement and employee negligence in providing services to buyers, which had an effect on a decrease in buyers and led to bankruptcy and the closure of the Mangga Bridge Culinary Business Unit in Namo Sialang Village.
