dc.description.abstractBurnout is a condition of losing energy, motivation or initiative in dealing with demands that are not in accordance with the conditions of the worker. Burnout is divided into five parts, namely, workload, lack of control, insufficient wages, disputes between teams, and lack of honesty. Burnout incidents can increase work accidents and worker absenteeism, burnout events can also be experienced by employees of PT. Wilmar Rantau Parapat Branch, because it has job demands or assignments given by company leaders. This study aims to analyze the effect of burnout and teamwork on employee performance at PT. Wilmar Rantau Parapat Branch. The effect of burnout and teamwork will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on employee performance The form of research used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The total population in the study in this study amounted to 30 respondents with a sampling technique using saturated sampling. Primary data used in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained through library research. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that Burnout (X1) and Teamwork (X2) have a significant effect, either partially or simultaneously (together) on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. The coefficient of determination test shows that there is a close relationship between workload and motivation on employee performance with an R value of 68.1%. Through the value of Adjusted R Square or the value of the coefficient of determination shows that the Burnout variable (X1) and Teamwork (X2) can explain the Employee Performance variable (Y) of 68.1%, while the remaining 31.9% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this researchen_US
