Prosedur Penjualan CPO (Crude Palm Oil) pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III

Abstract

CPO (Crude Palm Oil) is a processed product from palm oil which is processed into oil. This study aims to determine the stages of selling CPO with the FOB method. Data obtained from a company in Medan, namely PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III by conducting interviews. The procedure for selling CPO to PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III through PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara which is authorized by the holding to make sales. Based on CPO sales made by PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara, sales are carried out by tender, if the tender is not successful, a Bid Offer will be made. If the Tender or Bid Offer has been sold, an agreement will be made between the seller and the buyer. After the agreement is reached, a sales contract will be issued. After the issuance of the sales contract, the buyer is obliged to make payments to the seller within 15 days after the issuance of the contract. After payment is made, the seller immediately sends it using the FOB Destination method.
