dc.description.abstractEmployee performance is an important aspect in achieving company targets. Improving employee performance in the company is influenced by several factors including self-esteem and emotional stability. Realization of targets that are not achieved indicates that there are problems related to the performance of employees of PT. Binanga Karya. Employees are still slow in completing work and poor interaction between employees indicates problems with self-esteem and emotional stability in employees. This study aims to determine how self-esteem influences employee performance, to determine the effect of emotional stability on employee performance and to determine the effect of self-esteem and emotional stability on employee performance at PT. Binanga Karya which will be analyzed partially and simultaneously. This study used a quantitative method with an associative approach involving 46 employees as the research sample. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents directly and secondary data was obtained through library research. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the study show that self-esteem and emotional stability have a significant effect both partially and together on employee performance. This means that the better the level of self-esteem and emotional stability in employees, the better the performance of employees of PT. Binanga Karya. The coefficient of determination test shows that there is an adequate relationship between self-esteem and emotional stability on employee performance with an R value of 0.905. Through the Ajusted R value it is also known that self-esteem and emotional stability variables contribute to employee performance by 81.1% while the rest are influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.en_US
