A company can upgrade and maximize employees performance when the
employees have organizational commitment and good Organizational Citizenship
Behaviour when they do their job. Improving commitment attitude and
Organizational Citizenship Behaviour are very important to advance their
development. Good performance come from good organizational commitment and
Organizational Citizenship Behaviour are make strong bond between employees
and company so that can implement good obligation according to their roles and
responsibilities in the company.
This research is intend to analyze and to know the effect of organizational
commitment to employee performance at CU Sondang Nauli Kabanjahe, to
analyze and to know the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour to
employee performance at CU Sondang Nauli Kabanjahe, to analyze and to know
the effect of employee commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour to
employee performance at CU Sondang Nauli Kabanjahe
Type of this research is quantitative with describetive approach. The
sample for this research is all of CU Sondang Nauli’s employees. Analyze method
at this research are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multi
linear analyze, partial test, simultaneous test and determination test.
Result of this research is organizational commitment variable and
Organizational Citizenship Behaviour have a positive effect and partially and
simultaneous significant to employee commitment, with an R value of 0,606,
where this coefficient value showing the effect between organizational
commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour as big as 60,6% to
employee performance it means strong enough. Adjust R square value as big as
0,338 showing that organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship
Behaviour can explain employee performance as big as 33,8% while the rest
amounted to 66,2% be affected from another variable which is not explained in
this research.
