dc.description.abstract | Corporate culture is defined as values or norms applied in an
organization that are used as a guidance for behavior by its employees. BUMN
are state-owned companies that must continue to maintain their existence so that
they are not inferior to other private companies. BUMN made several innovation
efforts so that later the company would have a competitive advantage and
improve the performance of BUMN in the past. One of the action that have been
made by BUMN is transformation in the human capital. Based on the Circular
Letter of the Ministry of BUMN, which is the most important company of
economic activities in Indonesia, has transformed in the human capital, that
stipulated as a new corporate culture "AKHLAK" which stands for Amanah,
Kompeten, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptif, and Kolaboratif. PT Jasa Marga Belmera is
one of the state-owned companies that implemented AKHLAK culture.
This research was conducted to find out how the implementation of
AKHLAK culture to improve employee performance at PT Jasa Marga Belmera
during the Covid-19 pandemic and some strategy that are implemented. So it can
be known that the strategy and implementation carried out have ran well or not.
This research uses a descriptive qualitative methode to explore in-depth
information. The techniques used in data collection use interviews, observations
and documentation.
Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that strategy and
implementation of AKHLAK culture has been running well even though it is not
optimal. Some of them require improvement in both the strategy and the
implementation of corporate culture so that employees are more aware of the
importance of culture as a code of conduct. The implementation of AKHLAK
culture is proven by having a positive impact on employee performance which can
be seen through achievements and income in the company. | en_US |
