Human Resources (HR) is one of the determinants of the success of a
company because without human resources, the company cannot achieve
company goals. Good and optimal human resources will directly impact the
company's success in achieving company goals.
This study aims to determine how the effect of compensation on the work
productivity of employees of CU Sondang Nauli Kabanjahe, how the influence of
work discipline on the work productivity of employees of CU Sondang Nauli
Kabanjahe, and how the influence of the work environment on the work
productivity of employees of CU Sondang Nauli Kabanjahe.
The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with an
associative approach. The population in this study were 45 employees of CU
Sondang Nauli Kabanjahe with total sampling technique. The data analysis
method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple
linear analysis, partial test, simultaneous test and determination test.
The results show that the variables of compensation, work discipline and
work environment have a positive and significant effect partially and
simultaneously on the employee productivity variable, with an R value of 0.565,
where this coefficient value shows the influence between compensation, work
discipline, and work environment of 56, 5% of the work productivity of employees,
which means it is quite strong. Adjusted R Square value of 0.270 indicates that the
variables of compensation, work discipline and work environment can explain the
employee productivity variable by 27%, while the rest is influenced by other
variables not discussed in this study.
