measured through the performance given by employees to the company. The level
of employee performance is influenced by several factors including work-life
balance and work environment. Employees who have a work-life balance and a
good work environment can help the company achieve the targets as well as the
vision and mission that have been set.

environment partially on employee performance at Grand Inna Medan employees.

environment together or simultaneously on the performance of employees of Grand
Inna Medan.

associative approach. The sampling method is saturated sample method and uses
50 respondents as a sample. The data collection used was a questionnaire using a
likert scale which was distributed directly. Methods of data analysis using test
instruments for validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing
using multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS version 25.
Based on the results of the study that the work-life balance variable has a
partial effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of t-count
2.835 > t-table 2.011. While the work environment variable has a partial effect on
employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of t-count 2.856 > t-table
2.011. Based on simultaneous testing that the employee performance variable
simultaneously effect on work-life balance and work environment with a value of
F-count 6.425 > F-table 2.80 and obtained an R value of 0.463 and the Adjusted R
Square value in this study is 18.1% while the remaining 81.9 % influenced by other
factors not examined in this study.
